Good Morning ~ Unfortunately it seems like you are in the reference interval for HIV and you need further confirmatory testing to know whether it is a true positive test detected for HIV infection. I recommend that you take a test that is both highly sensitive and highly specific for detection of HIV and I am hoping that you have already been through the window period for HIV infection which is usually 2-4 months after potential exposure to the virus.
