I have a very pain in my neck. A doctor check up me. And he suggest me for blood report. In the report I see that I have uric acid problem. My uric acid level is 7.0 mg/dl. I am only 19 years old. So please suggest me. What can I do? And the food list I will eaten and do not eaten. And can I eat eggs? Please suggest.

Get your uric acid retested after 12 hours of fasting. Your problem is probably not due to uric acid as it affects small joints usually. Wear cervical collar. Get your vitamin D levels checked.
