Hi helo Dr. I have throat pain from yesterday and I checked inside with torch light upper side some thing come out its a white colour little little come out some time its from one month.

"For mild sore throat, try with salt water gargles using little warm water, taking care not to use too hot water, and take pain killer if required. If you are not ok in 1-2 days, consult back. Try sending picture of your throat. If you have fever, you may need additional medicines as well. If symptoms are severe, please consult an ENT Doctor immediately. Please see that it may be more beneficial if you add honey and salt to the gargle solution. Add 1 spoon of honey and half spoon of salt to half glass of water to make gargle solution. Also, if you are s smoker, you need to quit smoking and alcohol.
