Is applying henna good for hair. Beauty parlour experts suggest that not to use henna as it damages the hair n results in hair loss. So asked me to go for permanent colour with Ammonia n ammonia free is not available. Pls do respond on this note.

Please do not use hair color containing ammonia as it will damage your hair. Henna is good but it will make the hair dry so using a conditioner is a must.
