No it doesn't from person to person but it can be transfer to next generation. Vitiligo is a hereditary disorder. If you has strong family history. The actual pathology of vitiligo is autoimmunity. So keep an optimum health (mental and physical) and maintain a very good immunity. If you are pure vegetarian and not taking milk than take vitamin B complex because actual pathology of vitiligo is autoimmunity. And maintain your lifestyle, diet. If not recover then you need medicine. Homoeopathy has very good results of vitiligo.
