My wife has bicornuate uterus and breech position, which week would be safe for cesarian.

Hi congratulations to you, your wife and family on account of having a pregnancy in a bicornuate uterus. Let me tell you that I had a patient of bicornuate uterus and she had first pregnancy in right horn and the second in the left horn of uterus and both were at term. There was one more patient of biacornuate uterus but she has two abortions. In your case I wish your pregnancy goes till term. If everything goes well I will get a cesarean done at 38 weeks as this is a very precious pregnancy. My best wishes are with you. Take care.
