When I take lunch or dinner, after 10-15 minutes it feels like burning in my food pipe and some very sour water coming back to my mouth from stomach. I had consulted a doctor and underwent ultra sonography but the reports were absolutely fine. Doctor gave me a medicine (sompraz-L) to take it early morning with empty stomach for 7 days. Nowadays, I am suffering from vomiting in the early morning. I usually vomit out some sour water in the morning. After this vomiting, my throat got infected. This problem has become a major problem of my life.

What you are suffering is called reflux oesophagitis or in simple words, acid coming back into your mouth after eating. Vomiting is because of excess acid in stomach causing irritation of the stomach. Try eating small frequent meals instead of 3 large meals. If you fill up the stomach fully with a large meal, there is no place left and the food will push the gases and acid into your mouth. Do not lie down immediately after food. The throat problem is because of the acid regurgitation into the mouth. The medicine prescribed is correct but you will have to continue it for some more time and follow up with your doctor afterwards as symptoms reduce. Do not get stressed as stress itself increases acidity.
