Hello Anup! The calcaneal spur is the outgrowth of the heel bone which is pretty painful in the mornings. Symptoms vary from patient to patient. A good anti-inflammatory agent, hot fomentation.

take contrast bath. avoid prolonged standing and walking. use special shoes for this pblm. if no response ..go for physiotherapy treatment like... wax and us treatment
