Oxmazetol (oxcarbamazepine) is relatively less teratogenic & a bit safer than other antiepileptics. You can plan while taking this medication. Frequent ultrasound is necessary to detect any foetal malformations. The chances of foetal abnoemalties & malformation are relatively less or say least but still if occor, pregnancy is to be terminated.

Consult your physician/ neurophysician whether an alternative drug can be taken for seizure which is comparatively safer. If not, you can go ahead with pregnancy. Intense monitoring and lookout for any congenital malformation will be required..
