hello user, 1. To tackle hair fall, you must increase the protein content in your food. Drinking a lot of milk could help. 2. Take amla, reetha and shikakai powder in equal proportions and mix them. Add 4 or 5 teaspoons full of the powder to water and then boil the mixture. When the volume becomes half, stop heating. The mixture should be used, after cooling, to wash your hair instead of shampoo. 3. You can also apply to your hair, a mixture of onion juice and a few drops of olive oil and allow it to remain for 40 minutes and then wash/rinse your hair. 4. Among other suggestions, you can consume one amla a day, 1 spoon of triphala churna a day. You should also do pranyama for at least 20 minutes daily.
