Actually I was suffered from mdr tb and currently under treatment. As per treatment plan there is 6 month continuous kanamycin injection and various antibiotics. I had completed 4 months of treatment. After injection at buttocks, nerves are showing out and paining. Currently using thrombophob ointment and hot water therapy on daily basis. Please suggest on this.

Yeah, that therapy works. Also you can use ice cubes for fomentation on Injection sites.

Can change injection sites. Do hot fomentation and apply thrombophobe ointment, But continue MDR treatment as per adv of respiratory phy
