Hello- Pain in testicles before the age of 30 is generally found due over masturbation (OM). OM leads to incidental epididymitis which can affect your well being and may also complicate into varicocele, if lest untreated. Reduce your masturbation/porn habit, use an athletic supporter to support the scrotum and prevent testicle injury, drink sufficient amount of fluids, avoid foods rich in cholesterol, take a long soak bath in the tub. It does not soothe the pain and swelling only but also increases the blood flow to the affected area.
