Hi I have gerd gastro esophageal reflux disease. I am using Nerpro 20 mg. Recently it is not giving me the relief. Can I use nexpro 40 mg. My age: 23 Weight: 95.

Yes you can increase, make sure you are taking it empty stomach about 45 before breakfast. However the most important thing is your weight (93) and BMI which is 38. You are Morbidly obese and too young (23 yr). Better to consult Gastroentrologist for dietary, Endoscopic or rarely Surgical management for weight reduction urgently for risk free life ahead. Trust me weight reduction will cure your GERD. Best of luck!
