Hello madam, I guess maybe you have been recently diagnosed with high blood sugar. In that case with your blood glucose readings, you can have trial of 3 months on just diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle changes. At the end of 3 months check your blood glucose values again including HBA1C. If they are in normal range, then continue the positive life style changes. If on the other hand your blood glucose values are high, you need to start medication along with continuing positive life style changes. You need to reduce your weight by 5 kgs. This will help your blood glucose control and rescue your BP too. To reduce weight you need to exercise and manage a good diet.Your exercise levels are good. Apart from cutting sugar in your food, eat lot of vegetables, whole grains instead of white rice or maids items, reduce junk fatty food, eat 2 fruits everyday and diet a glass of milk or curd in your diet. Hope this helps you. I wish you all the best Thank you

It is good that you are motivated for a walk and also are on medication for High BP as well as on no sugar diet. Still, you need a better control on sugar levels & there are other factors as well such as cholesterol etc. Which pre-dispose a diabetic patient to premature heart disease. High protein & low carbohydrate diet needs to be taken. Some herbal medication to start with may help along with 3-4 times of a specific yoga regime may help.

Blood Sugar/ Diabetes is not caused only by sugar but by Excessive Carbohydrates. You need to control/reduce intake of all forms of Carbohydrates like White Rice, White Bread, Maida, Noodles, Buns, Pizzas, Samosas, Potatoes, Bananas, Mangoes etc. ---- Also cut down Colas, Juices, Sweet Tea, Sweets, Cakes, Biscuits etc. Your weight is also a little high and you need to reduce about 5 kgs from your weight and the Sugar will also get controlled that way. Avoid taking Panto medicine on a regular basis. Try to drink more water and eat less fried / spicy stuff. Right now you are on the borderline. Take proper precautions. Get your sugar test done everymonth. Do proper exercise and you will be fine.
