lybrate-user, Most bakery items are made of maida, which get converted to glucose almost immediately in the system. So called "sugar free" biscuits are therefore no good at all. Better to avoid. As regards sugar substitutes which some people use in place of sugar, are also not really good. Using those often tends to increase craving for sweets. Plus none of them are absolutely safe. Thanks.
