Disc bulge on MRI scan is a common finding and most cases can be managed by simple exercises and anti inflammatory drugs. 1) Take rest for 1-2 days. 2) Simple analgesics like paracetamol or Ibuprofen to relieve pain 3) Application of ice pack helps in new onset neck pain in first 24 hrs.
