Seems from the preganews results that she is not pregnant, but an ultrasound should be done or a repeat test after few more days, if she has been having regular periods previously, in case she was having irregular periods, then delay in periods Could be due to some. Kind of harmonal imbalance, for which again a visit to a reputed gynaecologist is required to ascertain the cause of delayed period.
