Post coital pills have best effect when they are consumed earliest after unprotected sex.......the efficacy is there for 3 days i.e within 72 hours of unprotected sex.

There are times when patient has got similar effects even after 5 days, but there is no guarantee, and in such cases the pregnancy does at times happen and periods are missed.

Morning after pills are marketed in different names and constituents, so it is difficult to give ONE dose.......Buy one and go as per the instructions.

Ulipristal is a medicine for fibroids, it is NOT a emergency contraceptive pill......
