I am planning to conceive .So I have been taking cor 3 for folic acid for past 2 months .But today I don't remember if I have taken one dose or 2. Is it dangerous if I have consumed 2 tablets o it? Also if this a good medicine for folic acid, please advice if there is a better medicine than this Thanks.

Hello! There is no need to worry since folic acid is a form of vitamin B. When in excess it is excreted in urine. It will not cause any harm to you or your baby.

lybrate-user, Taking Tab Cor 3, is good. It gives Folic acid, methylcobalamine & pyridoxine, all vitamins help in improving blood picture or to treat anemia. Missing a dose or taking an additional dose is not likely to cause any problem at all. All three are vitamins which help in red blood cell formation, building up hemoglobin and maturation. All the three are water soluble vitamins, hence even if taken in a higher dosage, there is hardly any side effect. Thanks.

There is no harm even if you took double doses of cor3. This is a good medicine for improving anemia and vitamin deficiency in women. So don?t worry.
