I am suffering from white discharge problem. It irritates me often during that situation. Once I got it checked by gynecologist she said you r suffering from infection she prescribed medication and my problem was cured. But again I am facing with this problem. White discharge doesn't contain any smell but during discharge I ll get pain in lower part of the stomach and back pain. Is it a problem related to STD? I am married .I have a daughter of two yrs. I have thyroid problem. My weight is 78 KGS and height 5.6.can you please suggest diet also to reduce my weight.

White discharge per say is like "spit" which will come and go. Some having excess may complain, but it may not be a disease. Having white discharge is NORMAL, is it happens before menses, or after menses or between menses. SO in effect it is Normal throughout a menstrual cycle. It needs treatment only when the discharge is accompanied by itching in private parts or burning while passing urine. Sometimes ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease can also cause white discharge and tummy ache. This infection may come and go like the cough and cold you get few times a year. If your husband has any urine symptoms or itching, he may be re infecting you at sex, so these facotrs have to be kept in mind. White discharge even if treated can RECURR. Whether it is STD or not, has to be evaluated by a thorough examination and some blood tests. I hope you are taking medicines for your thyroid problems and also getting the T3, T4,TSH tests done atleast 2-3 times a year to adjust the dosage. If your TSH is High it could be the cause of your excess weight and hence require adjustment of doses. You can make a list of things, and quantity of what you eat and the time when you consume them and approach a dietician in person to get help for weight reduction.
