I went for kidney stone surgery. At the time of surgical tests they said I have hepatitis b.what are best treatment for this and can It be cure Completely. I want to vaccinate my wife and my self. Hepatitis B requires special care and separate instruments during surgery hence cost is more. Since you are already infected hence vaccination is not to be done for you. Gatroenterologist will investigate and treat you. Your wife needs to be tested for HBsAg and possibly also HBV DNA and then vaccinated if negative.
