I have shortness of breath and dizziness and pain in chest I am just 21 but my ecg and eco are normal after eating oily food the pain came back from left hand and heart I am totally confused before one year I have severe shortness of breadth and voice stopped then I did ecg I detect rapid heart beat my doctor give me inderal tablet after a year passed I did ecg and eco is normal but pain came back when eating oily food mutton non veg wht can I do I am just 21? Help me pls.

Hi dear Lybrate-user Since a year back you had rapid heart rate and now you have dizziness with chest pain. You can meet a cardiologist and get Holter monitoring. It will check your heart rate over 24 hours to see if you have any heart rate problem which comes and goes at specific time in a day. If everything is normal it may just be gastric symptoms. Do not worry.
