1stly avoid fasting take 3 breakfast and 3 meal water 1 glass every hour till sunset Take tab Gasex 2 bd syrup Himcocid 2tsp twice.

Take Gokshuradi kwath 10 ml with equal water empty stomach and Punarnavasav 10 ml with equal water after food twice a day.
