Don't do any pressure on affected area for 1more week. After that starts some exercises after consulting physiotherapist doctor.

You need to do some knee joint muscles strengthening exercises. Better consult nearer physiotherapist n starts doin exercises.

Avoid direct pressure on the affected area. Don't sit on hard surface. Avoid bike. Use soft or coccyx cushion.
