Check with your doctor. Mostly it is normal during pregnancy. Or it can be a manifestation of anemia or other disorders.

Do a ultrasound to see if pregnancy is in uterys or not. Itcan be outside that is dangerous condition.

FIRST THING HSA should be done after 2 to 3 days of abstinence. Plus you can go ahead with planned relations during fertility period of your wife.

Yes she can. But it is always better to delay periods by starting another pack. Otherwisw she may get prolonged or irregular bleeding.

Do a ultrasound pelvis to check any retained products that can cause prolonged bleeding for that you can do evacuation of uterus by a gyne.
