You need to immediately visit dentist and get it checked. For temporary relief of pain take analgesic that best suits you.

Halitosis or bad smell can be due to hard deposits in between teeth and gums. Visit dentist get it checked and treated as per. You may need cleaning of your teeth.

You can apply mucopain gel for temporary relief of pain 2 - 3 times a day. Also start with vitamin b-complex supplements.

There can be a possibility of some abnormality in your tongue like tongue tie. Get it checked from an oral surgeon.
