no need to take any medicines for 3 mm stone, just maintain your hydration so that urine output is around 2litres in 24 hours.thank you

3 mm stone usually doesnot require removal, urimax is not likely to help you. you should maintain your hydration so that urine output is 1.5 to 2 litres per day.

Decrease fluid intake after 8 pm in night, empty your bladder before going to bed, Consult a Urologist if problem continues.

Might be due to infection, please get a morning urine sample examined, restrict your fluid intake to 3 litres per 24 hour.

If stone is already there consult a Urologist, increasing fluid intake to around 3 litres per 24 hour will lessen the chance of having stone in future.
