No these are not common side effect. Vomiting may be due to diaseas perse. please visit nearby pediatrician.

Can cetrizine syrup 5 mg/ 5 ml be given to 8 months bold baby. If yes then please tell dosage and duration of course.

Yes, 1.2 ml hs, duration depends on disease you are treating. Better to take opinion from specialists nearby. Don't treat yourself.
