You take medical treatment for the being. That is pantocid L once daily, avoid junk food, elevate foot end of the bed.

If it is ingunial hernia treatment is surgical. It doesn't affect vas (sperm carrying tube) but may affect if hernia gets complicated like in obstrution.

Recently I got testicular torsion unfortunately I had to remove my right testicle now I have only one remaining is there any future problems related to this.

The chances of torsion to opposite testis is high so at the time of orchidectomy of one side opposite testis was to be fixed.
