Continue antibiotics for 7 days Take antiinflammatories. If cough give expectant. Avoid cold drink ,ice water. Do gargling for 20 days.

I think you have allergic rhinitis. Take any antihistamine+montelukast for one month. Take pantoprazole+Domperidone in morning. Don't take tea in empty stomach.

Take amoxy clav combination for 7 days. Take esmoprazole in morning. Cough expectorant. Warm saline gargling 4 time a day for 20 days.
