          Dr. Kakadiya has an international reputation in the area of spinal surgery. He is also extensively involved in research work and techniques for cutting-edge spinal surgery. He is frequently a guest lecturer at many national & international conferences. Dr. Kakadiya's clinical interests include the minimally invasive treatment of complex degenerative disorders of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Dr. Singh also specializes in endoscopic spine surgery, spine trauma, adult spinal deformities, kyphosis, scoliosis, Osteoporotic vertebral fractures.
Dr.Kakadiya has competed for his post-graduation in orthopaedics from the well-known Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai. He was worked as an assistant professor in the department of orthopaedics in the same institute. He has done his spine surgery fellowship from Fortis Hospital Mohali. He was selected for UPSC-CMS Class-1 officer by the Government of India. 
Dr.Ghanshyam is known for his excellent outcomes and his use of cutting-edge procedures. He is an award-winning researcher and has published his findings in national & international medical journals (more than 150 publications & presentations). He most recently won the award for his research including the ?Young Investigator Award? by the international osteoporotic Foundation during the World Congress of Osteoporosis 2021, London, and the ?Young Research Award? by the International Society of orthopaedics & Traumatology (SICOT) 2019- Muscat Oman.
