Hello sir, After delivery and at the time of feeding milk to baby can we have Vitamin D tablets as I am not able to take sunlight on daily basis. Please suggest.

There are recommended dosage for both during pregnancy and lactation (when giving feeding). Your doctor either obstetrician or pediatrician will prescribe it to you.

At 13 months age only egg yolk and boiled one can be given and not egg white. One is enough. Cow’s milk can be added, not more than 1 cup.
