Send your x ray report. After seeing that we can decide whether to start weight bearing or not. Because 3 months rest is basic protocol. But with physiotherapy you can do some activities.

I had an accident on 1st dec 2020 n had a fracture on the right leg, I had n operation n plate is fitted, when I visited the Dr. after 45 days ,he advised me more 45 days rest. Total 3 months rest, he asked me not to put pressure on the leg, I can provide the x ray report, please advice, I am very frustrated.

I think you r suffering from as one of the spine problem go for x ray and regular physiotherapy. I can suggest you home exercise.

Iâm having terrible back ache and canât sleep well at night. I canât turn sideways while sleeping due to the pain. Next morning I had fever and cold as well. Not sure what it really is. Please help. Itâs urgent.
