3 to 4 ltrs of water a day. Minimum 8 hr sleep. Salicylic based face wash. Use sunscreen morning abd afternoon oxidoben cream on black heads at night.

Take high protein diet avoid junk food. Oil you r hair with warm oil twice a week at night shampoo and conditioner next day.

It may be due to fde. You can try LIPZ cream 2 3 times a day. If doesn't go you may need Peeling treatment.
