Hii doctor, i'm suffered due to social anxiety and shyness with more than 10 years. Every day I can't speak with comfortable position and every day my mind thought like always caring about my face, like any one see my face, nose, lips, ears. I assume may be some buddy watching every time. I can't comfortably speak with girls. I already taken the tablet's prodep 60 mg 1-0-0 and d- venuz 100 mg 0-0-1. But those tablet's not working effectively and moreover I trying to do breathing exercises at least 10 to 15 mins. Need your suggestions pls.
