You need to see a rheumatologist for your joint pains and if necessary a inflammatory arthritis workup.

No medicine can increase the synovial fluid. Continue the exercise as long as it doesn't hurt the joint.

Can I use himalayan shallaki to cure bone erosion and rheumatoid arthritis or it is just a pain killer.

It does not help with rheumatoid arthritis. You can use it as a supplement however. Only rheumatology medications help control your symtoms.
