I feel problems on my teeth and gum. Sometimes gum get infected and blood comes. Should I intake vitc tablets regularly? Should I use any mouth wash?

It is due to deposits in the teeth (tartar) do professional scaling by a dentist followed by mouthrinse and gum astrigent.
