Keep away from allergens (smoke) ,start treatment asap, childhood asthma usually fades off with growth of the child.

I do not think that lactare will increase milk. Instead give more and more top feeds so that milk requirement is decreased.

Avoid cold drinks, chocolates (containing cocoa), liquids after evenings. Do perineal exercises. Can consult doctor for medications.
