Hi. Please suggest. In morning powder or paste which is well to get mouth wash? I want to know and which brand?

Paste is definitely better than powder as tooth powder is more abrasive and will abrade the teeth. Use mouth wash half an hour after brushing. Clohex ADS is good.

I went for Root canal treatment. But I didn't keep cap from 6 month. Now can I place cap or I have go for treatment from first?

If your tooth is properly sealed with a permanent filling and you don't have any symptoms of pain or difficulty in chewing, you can go for crown without any problem.
