Yes. U can have tab allegra 120 mg after breakfast. It is less sedative according to the literature. But I would say that you have it in night. That would be better.

First of all .get an x- ray done. 1. X ray pns 2. X-ray lateral view skull to rule out adenoids. If these are normal then do a cbc count and x-ray chest.

Have only syrup tusq-dx 1 tsp thrice a day after meals. If fever is there .then opt for antibiotic. Otherwise not. Do saline gargles twice a day.
