I have severe deficiency of vitamin B 12 and I am pure vegetarian. Please suggest what should I add in my diet to increase it.

You should take egg or non veg diet. Fruits n vegetable are less vit b12. But at least have egg milk butter n curd.

If you are not diabetic and hypertensive then take tab vasograin SOS and betacap tr 20 mg night for 3 to 4 weeks. And SOS basis you can take naxdom 250 mg.
