Hello doctor .my uric acid is normal that is within range but I have a continuous pain in my knees. My TSH level as 7.15. I am taking 75 mg thyronorm. My knees pain when I climb up the stairs orwjen I get up after sitting for a long time. Vitamin D level is 29. I want to know the reason for my knee pain and what medication I should take for thyroid?

My age is 28, I am suffering from severe knee pain and inflammation from past three months, firstly I went to doctor and I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency of 11. Other than that my knee x-ray shows early degenerative changes and bone spiking, I took the medicines prescribed by the doctor for 1 month but didn't see much relief in knee pain. So, I went to another doctor and he asked me for an Mri and that MRI showed osteochondral injury to the left knee, but I also has pain in the right knee as well. I have been taking medicines prescribed by the new doctor from past 1 week and getting physiotherapy, still not much relief in the pain. I am in a state of confusion whether I have degenerative changes or knee injury. Should I see another doctor.

Most clavicle fractures heal by themselves and do not require surgery. If there is no signs of union for 6 weeks and the gap remains the same for 6 weeks. It requires surgery. Please add xrays to advise further.

I had clavicle fracture about 6 months ago on right side with 9 mm gap Initially I was informed it takes about 3 months reunite the bone. I was asked wear sling and brace on shoulder, after a month there waa no pain gap was still the same. Doctor advised me remove the sling and start little movement. After 3 months gap was still the same and doctor recommended me for surgery. Then I consulted another doctor who advised not go for surgery. Recommended to wear sling and brace for two and no movement from right shoulder. I followed the same. I see new bone is growing but gap is still there. Its been over 6 months now. Not sure if have to go for surgery and if leave the gap as it is does it going to affect it long term.

Recovering from a Broken Bone

If x-ray has taken and confirmed no fracture then don't do any exercises for 4 to 6 weeks as muscles need time to recover. Diet all food is good food. No restrictions.

I have a friend F/24 she met with a light accident when a vehicle hit her few months back and suffered minor injury in back and some scratches but now after few days she faces backache suggest any diet/exercise. She don't face any fracture but feel pains sometimes
