Get a xray done and Dr. will see if there is any infection periapically or periodontally. He can better tell afte rseeing clinically.

no product will help you in teeth whitening.. ypy can opt for bleaching that too will remain active for 2 to 3 months.

it could be a gum disease. I strongly recommend you to stop ysagecof herbal toothpastes and switch to vantej toothpaste twice daily.
