whats wrong with your upper lip broken tooth can cause less support for the upper lip and correcting the tooth status may correct the lip defect

Yes your dentist. By removing it before it becomes a bad infection that is if its already not one.

Dental cleaning and try to eat all the chocolates at one specific time that throughout the day specifically avoiding it before sleep.
