If its severe you wil be needing oral retinoids. Apply antibiotic gels like clindamycin n dapsone twice daily. Consult dermatologist n start with therapy.

Radiosurgery is quite safe. You can get it done. Avoid sun exposure for 5 days post procedure. Ayurvedic and homeopathic will not help to remove the dpns.

Good sleep, healthy diet. Under eye cream for 4-6 months, regular use of sunscreen. Check your thyroid hormone levels n hemoglobin.

Apply moisturizer 3-4 times daily. Over the rashes mild steroid cream followed by pimecrolimus cream is required. Please take personal consultation.
