Home remedies do not clean, better get cleaning done by a dentist and later you can maintain with mouthwash.

Bleaching is fine , but can't assure it for permanent whitening... And for few day u will have sensitive tooth .. Better go for scaling and polished

Better go for orthodontic treatment, rather then trimming or grinding of tooth for cap or crown placement

Better get your check up done from a dentist, rather then taking tablets- if so try out with Ketorol DT in emergency.
