Got my annual whole body checkup and had low vit d (22.9) b12 (57) and haemoglobin (10.8). The gp has prescribed medicines for the same. I had some other discrepancies in lft and cbc. Please suggest regarding same. Under lft the ag ratio is low- 0.8 (ref val is 1.2-1.5) and my globulin is a little high- 4.5 (ref val is 2.3-3.5). Rest everything is normal. For cbc packed cell volume is low (35.2 %)
mch is low (25.9 pg)
mchc is low (30.6 g/dl)
rdw is high (17.7%)
differential cell count (vcs/ light microscopy)
lymphocytes is slightly high at 40.2% (ref range is 20-40) apart from these, everything else is normal. Please let me know if these values are in any way concerning.
