You may need to test for h.pylori infection. It can be done as an endoscopy test or as a stool test. Kindly consult with your doctor again regarding this.

Can I take cyclopam before the night of colonoscopy? Actually i'm suffering from fissure.

No need for cyclopam before colonoscopy. You need a laxative. The doctor doing colonoscopy has to prescribe it.
