Take painkiller, Is there h/o Blunt Trauma, Do haver h/o Similar complaints in past. Avoid Squatting & use Commod as far as possible.

Avoid while sleeping straight, But take pillow when sleeping on one side. Take Hot water bottle fomentation,& Muscle relaxants, you will feel better.
