Your bp should be controlled, otherwise it affects your heart, brain and kidney. Organ damage risk increases by 2 to 3 fold.

You are getting the medicine which causes increased cholesterol, you need to change for that it requires discussion.

Don't worry. Do exercise, avoid coffee in the evening, meditation. Regarding bp don't worry. It can controlled.
